Exchanges and Return Policy

FULL PRICE ITEMS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right. OHOY SWIM offers full refund or store credit only for full price items and purchases made on our website.

You are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of your purchase for the full refund or a store credit only. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. Please try the swimwear with underwear.

SALE ITEMS

If you wish to return sale item we only issue store credit with sale items.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to organise this with your local courier. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by OHOY SWIM.

OHOY SWIM is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s. We do cover the new shipping for exchange items. 

Please note that original shipping charges and tax/duties are non-refundable.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS

Orders purchased with a promotional code or store credit which discounts the order (including our welcome 10% offer) are eligible to be returned.

TO MAKE A RETURN

Please write us in english with your return request at: hello@ohoyswim.com  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund or store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange items.
