OHOY SWIM offers a 14-day return window, so you have time to be sure you're completely happy with your purchase. Within 14 days you can return full-price items for a refund or store credit, and sale items for store credit.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Email your return request (in English, please) to hello@ohoyswim.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the item, your refund or store credit is issued within 2-3 business days. Items must be unused, with all tags, in the original packaging - and please always try swimwear on over underwear.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is arranged and paid by you; we don't provide prepaid labels. Use a tracked or registered service - the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Original shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable. If you exchange, we cover the shipping on the new order.
SALE ITEMS - STORE CREDIT ONLY
Sale items are often heavily discounted, and for a small independent brand the cost of processing a refund - handling, payment fees, restocking - can quickly exceed the value of the item. So sale purchases are refunded as store credit instead of cash. It's what lets us keep offering honest discounts without compromising how we make things. Thank you for understanding.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges are processed as returns: return your item, and we'll send you a free-shipping code so you can place the new order without paying shipping twice. Start by emailing hello@ohoyswim.com.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
A package that is never collected is not the same as a cancelled or returned order. Unclaimed shipments carry a €19 handling fee. If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect address or a missed pick-up window, we refund the products but deduct the delivery costs and any courier charges for returning the goods to us. Re-dispatching a returned order may carry an additional charge.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Orders bought with a promotional code or store credit (including the 10% welcome offer) can be returned as normal.
